I want to thank you for understanding these policies and guidelines are vital to the sustainability of my business. Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you!

Every policy and guideline has been carefully created to ensure that the service experience and quality of work is the absolute best for my guests. 

  1. Preparing For Your Appointment:

    When you're getting a Blonding or Color Service, we ask that you arrive with your hair as follows to help ensure the best possible results: Please have clean hair, preferably washed within the last 24-48 hours, and with minimal styling products. For best results, I also recommend using a clarifying shampoo before your appointment, such as Olaplex No. 4C, to help remove any product buildup that would affect your hair's ability to receive the color, or to get the best results from the service.

    If your hair has excess buildup, from styling products or root color touch-up, I will have to do a clarifying wash and blow dry before I can start your service. This will be an additional charge. 


  2. No Guests Policy (Don't bring anyone to the appointment):

    Due to the size of my suite, I don't have room for additional guests.

    Please do not bring anyone (this includes spouses, kids, and friends) to your appointment, unless they are also getting a service done.

    If you arrive with a guest(s), they will be asked to wait outside the salon suite building until your appointment is over. 


  3. Late Arrivals:

    I know that there are things we can't control that will cause us all to be late from time to time. That is understandable and will absolutely be taken into consideration, but please try your best to arrive on time for your appointment.

    Late arrivals that happen consistently, and are more than
    15 minutes, can throw a day into chaos and cause a domino effect of unnecessary stress and tension for both my clients and myself.

    If you arrive 15 minutes past the start of your appointment, I might not be able to provide you with the best service. We will have to reschedule you for another time when I will be able to complete your appointment without a time constraint. I will try my best to do as much of the service as I can, but it will depend on the appointment.

    If we have to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged a late arrival fee that is half the amount of the total cost of your appointment. You will not be able to book another appointment until that payment is made. 


  4. Cancellation Policy:

    I require 
    48 hours when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. I have set up text message and/or email appointment reminders that you will receive 48 hours before each appointment. At that time, you must let me know if you will not be able to make your appointment day or time.

    I know that things can come up last minute, and because of that, each situation will be looked at individually. Please understand that when you cancel with less than 48 hour notice, it makes it harder for me to fill that spot that was reserved specifically for you, and causes me to lose money.

    Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in a cancellation fee that is half the amount of th
    e total cost of your appointment. You will not be able to book another appointment until that payment is made. 


  5. No Shows:

    No shows are unacceptable. I have this time scheduled just for you and that appointment could have been given to someone else. Like I mentioned before, I have text message and/or email confirmations in place
    48 hours before your appointment. I also have reminders sent 24 hours before your appointment. 

    My no show terms are non-negotiable and are at my discretion. No call/no-shows will be charged a no show fee that is the total amount of their missed appointment. This must be paid before another appointment is booked.


  6. Redo/Fixes:

    I understand that sometimes we have an idea in mind or love a picture of a certain type of hair color, and it just doesn't turn out how we were thinking. Or sometimes the communication is off and there is a misunderstanding about the look we were trying to achieve. 

    After your service is completed, if you feel you need an adjustment or you're not happy with your service, please contact me within 7 days of the service via email, phone, or Instagram (all information is listed on the contact page). I do not offer refunds, but I am more than happy to make any adjustments.


  7. Corrective Color:

    My biggest concern is to help preserve and maintain the integrity of your hair. Treatments like deep conditioners or bond treatments (Olaplex) are included in the service and are non-negotiable. Corrective color will most likely take more than one session, and price quotes are always on an "and up" basis.

    All color corrections require a complimentary consultation. Once I have seen your hair and have a clear understanding of your goal, I can decide if it is something that I can achieve while maintaining the integrity of your hair. I can also tell you how many sessions it will take to get you where you want to be, and give you an estimate of your total cost.


  8. Timing:

    Upon booking your appointment, or at your consultation, I'll be able to give you an idea of how long the service will take so that you can make sure your appointment works with your schedule.

    Please know that while I do my best to keep appointments to the amount of time discussed, it's wise to allow for extra buffer time just in case. Also, please understand that if you need to leave early or the timing doesn't work once you arrive to your appointment, I can only get so much of your service done and that is out of my control.


  9. Pricing:

    Please understand that my pricing is on an "and up" basis. The prices you see on my website are the minimum, and a consultation is required to get an estimate of how much time your appointment will take and what the cost will be.

    I charge for my time, which is based on my 7 years of knowledge and my continued education. The product cost is based on the amount of product I use for you specifically.
